I was familiar with yoga since I was young. Yoga was formally introduced to me when I was 17 and I began my studies with Nirmal and our guru Dr. Kashi Raj Upadhaya. I also learned Ayurvedic Treatment and Yogic Therapy from my guru Dr. Ramesh Gautam. In 2002, I completed my diploma in Hatha Yoga, Yogic Therapy and Ayurvedic Treatment. 6 years ago I started instructing yoga and giving therapy at Arogya Ashram, Kathmandu, Nepal, and other institutes including senior National police training academy.
