Soak the raisins and orange peel in a small amount of hot water until soft.
Sift A into a large bowl.
Warm the butter and cream together with the sweetener and sugar.
Mix B into A. Drain D and add to mix. Finally fold in C.
Bake at 190ºC for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 150ºC and continue to bake for a further 40-50 minutes.
