B To Bio Organic Fair

One of our number was lucky enough to visit the B to Bio food show in Milano, Italy. There were around 1oo booths and all the products on show were organic. This being Italy of course pasta, olive oil and tomato sauce was in abundance but there were other more unusual products such as nut milks. There were also quite a few new gluten free foods.
