Ours Dining is a lovely restaurant set up by a couple who left their inner city apartment in Tokushima for a rural life in Nasu. Vegetables grown in the fields next to the restaurant are used in the restaurant and the tofu is homemade. As far as possible no processed ingredients are used in their menu at all and all of it was delicious!
