Soy Meat Kebabs
Curry-style Soy Meat Kebabs from the Alishan Cafe’s Miyuki-san。
☆Ingredients
- 1 bag soy meat (fillet type)
1 bell pepper
1 onion

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 clove minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste.
☆Method
- Soak the soy meat in hot water for about 5 mins or until soft. Drain well.
- Cut the onion and bell pepper into bite size pieces.
- Mix togther A. Cover the soy meat and vegetables with the flavouring and leave for at least an hour.
- Assemble on skewers. and grill, bake or better yet barbecue until brown.
