Inka Jelly
An easy to make, caffeine-free alternative to coffee jelly.
<Ingredients>
- 4 Tbsp inka
- 2 cps water
- 2 heaped tsp kanten flakes (this makes a soft jelly. Feel free to increase the amounts for a firmer jelly)
- maple syrup and soymilk to taste
<Method>
- Heat water, inka and kanten in a small pan and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring well. Take care the kanten doesn’t set to the outside of the pan.
- Remove from heat, pour into serving glasses and leave to cool.
- Once set pour on soymilk and/or maple syrup to taste.
